About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Miami and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping aging adults with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and other daily needs. The role offers top pay rates of $15–$16 per hour, with day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts and full-time or part-time schedule options. Caregivers are supported by local teams and management while building meaningful relationships with the clients they serve.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Support clients with mobility needs.
