About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Miami and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers pay of $15–$16 per hour and day, evening, weekend, and overnight shift availability, with full-time and part-time schedules available.

Caregivers receive support from local teams and help aging adults build meaningful relationships and maintain their well-being. TheKey describes its approach as providing a white-glove experience for clients and treating employees with dignity and respect. Care providers must comply with state background-screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States. Additional eligibility requirements, compensation, benefits, and bonuses may vary by state and location.

Requirements

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Must comply with state background-screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients one-to-one with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Provide mobility support as needed.
