About The Position

Brightstar Care of Leesburg is growing and seeking competent and talented Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, Personal Care Aides, and Caregivers to join their team. They deliver high-level accessible home care to clients in Woodbridge, Lorton, Springfield, Burke, Alexandria, Manassas, Gainesville, Haymarket, Warrenton, Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania, King George, and various locations in Fauquier & Culpeper Counties. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of caregiving experience
Minimum of 18 years of age with reliable transportation
Ability to read, write and speak English
Must be able to pass Criminal Background, Driving Records Check and Company Administered Drug Screening test
Employees must have the physical ability to lift, push and pull 50 lbs
Current CPR/First Aid certification

Nice To Haves

driver's license preferred
Current and valid CNA License or CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred

Responsibilities

Delivering safe, high quality, reliable and compassionate care to our clients.
Assisting clients with daily activities such as dressing, bathing, eating, etc.
Following a specific care plan developed for each client and documenting completed tasks after each visit.
