About The Position

Caregivers at Sevita help people grow, learn, and live well while building meaningful relationships with the individuals they serve. They support participants in taking part in their communities and enjoying favorite activities, and encourage developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role also includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
