Requirements

  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check
  • Dependable, compassionate, and motivated to grow as a caregiver

Nice To Haves

  • HCA or CNA certification preferred but not required — we pay for caregiver training

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Offer companionship and emotional support in clients’ homes
  • Work flexible shifts with varying schedules and care needs
