Monday-Friday Caregiver
About The Position
Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring caregivers to provide quality support to aging adults in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caregiver, you will play an important role in helping clients feel safe, comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their daily routines. From assisting with personal care and mobility to preparing meals and providing companionship, your presence can make a meaningful difference in a client's day. If you are available Monday through Friday, enjoy working with older adults, and have a genuine heart for caregiving, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance preferred/required when applicable to the assignment
Responsibilities
- Assist with mobility, toileting, personal care, and incontinence care
- Monitor client safety and provide companionship
- Assist with daily routines and activities
- Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
- Document care activities and communicate concerns or changes to the care team
- Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and independence
