Monday - Friday Caregiver
About The Position
Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide quality support to aging adults in the comfort of their own homes. As a Caregiver, you will help ensure client safety, provide companionship, and assist with essential daily routines. Whether you are supporting mobility, assisting with personal care, helping with meal preparation, or simply providing a reassuring presence, your care plays an important role in our clients' well-being. If you are available Monday through Friday, enjoy working with older adults, and have a genuine heart for caregiving, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
- Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance preferred/required when applicable to the assignment
Responsibilities
- Assist with mobility, toileting, personal care, and incontinence care
- Monitor client safety and provide companionship
- Assist with daily routines and activities
- Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
- Document care activities and communicate concerns or changes to the care team
- Provide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and independence
