About The Position

Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent. This part-time role is available Sunday, Monday, and Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. The starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with higher rates available for Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced caregivers. Overnight associates must be CPR certified. Associates can use DailyPay to access pay on demand without waiting until payday.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

• One year of caregiving experience preferred.
• Higher pay rates are available for Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced caregivers.
• Overnight associates must be CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, and continence management.
• Assist residents with securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, using the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
