About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Gwinnett is hiring an experienced Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to a client in Loganville, Georgia. The role involves helping with daily activities while promoting the client’s safety, comfort, dignity, and independence. Applicants must have at least three years of caregiving experience and be dependable, compassionate, and professional.

This is a part-time position scheduled Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, totaling 16 hours per week. Consistent availability on all scheduled days is preferred. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Must meet applicable background screening and hiring requirements.
• Consistent availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Support safe mobility and transfers, as appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan and company policies.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition.
• Follow established care plans and safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Treat clients with dignity, patience, and respect.
• Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation.
• Pick up prescriptions and assist with telehealth visits.
