About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Gwinnett is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver to provide quality care and support to a client in Loganville, Georgia. We are looking for someone who is passionate about helping others, reliable, and committed to providing respectful, personalized care. The ideal candidate will have previous caregiving experience and be comfortable assisting clients with daily activities while promoting their safety, comfort, and independence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience required.
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care instructions and maintain professional boundaries.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.
• Must meet applicable background screening and hiring requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Previous home care or senior care experience preferred.
• Consistent availability on all scheduled days is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.
• Support safe mobility and transfers, as appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan and company policies.
• Perform light housekeeping related to client care.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition.
• Follow established care plans and safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Treat clients with dignity, patience, and respect.
