About The Position

HomeWell Care Services is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to seniors in their homes. Caregivers help clients age in place while building supportive relationships and enhancing their quality of life. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

• A CNA or HHA license is preferred, or six months of full-time or 12 months of part-time experience caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Reliable transportation. If transporting clients, provide proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Proof of current TB testing.
• Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
• Pass a national criminal background check and any background checks required by the state.

Nice To Haves

• CNA or HHA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship.
• Assist with light cooking and cleaning.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist clients with ambulation and provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands when needed.
