About The Position

HomeWell Care Services is seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical services to seniors in their homes. Caregivers help clients age in place while building supportive relationships and enhancing their daily lives. The role serves the Spring and Conroe area.

Requirements

• CNA or HHA license preferred, or 6 months of full-time work or 12 months of part-time work caring for geriatric or chronically ill persons.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• If transporting clients, proof of a valid driver's license and auto insurance is required.
• Proof of current TB testing.
• Must be physically able to perform the duties of the position.
• Must be mature, caring, punctual, and reliable.
• Must pass a national criminal background check and any checks required by the state.

Nice To Haves

• CNA or HHA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship.
• Assist with light cooking and cleaning.
• Help clients with bathing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with ambulation and provide medication reminders.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
