About The Position

Family Best Care is seeking reliable in-home caregivers for local client care opportunities in Snohomish, Washington. This role is for caregivers interested in building client relationships and communicating clearly with a responsive office team as assignments become available. No particular assignment, start date, or weekly hours are guaranteed. Days and shift times depend on client needs and caregiver availability, and specific assignments will be discussed as they become available. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Snohomish for assignments they accept.

Caregivers assist clients with personal care, meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, mobility, and companionship. They follow care plans, accurately document care, and promptly communicate updates, concerns, and scheduling needs to the office.

Requirements

• Active Washington Home Care Aide (HCA) credential or active Nursing Assistant Certified (NAC/CNA) credential.
• Current TB test or screening.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Food Worker Card.
• Valid government-issued photo ID.
• Reliable transportation to and from shifts accepted in Snohomish.
• Reliable phone access for work-related communication.
• Ability to complete onboarding documents if selected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Prepare meals, provide medication reminders, and complete light housekeeping tasks.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention as appropriate.
• Provide companionship and client engagement.
• Follow the care plan and document care accurately.
• Promptly communicate updates, concerns, and schedule needs to the office.

• Pay of $28.00–$35.00 per hour.
