About The Position

Caregivers at Sevita help people grow, learn, and live well by building meaningful relationships and supporting them in their daily lives. They take initiative to help participants engage with their communities and enjoy favorite activities, and support developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
