Catholic Nursery/PK2 Caregiver
About The Position
Regina Caeli Academy (www.rcahybrid.org) is seeking part-time Caregivers to care for children ages infant to two years old in a classical and Catholic classroom for up to 14 hours per week at our center in St. Leo, Florida. We will teach you everything you need to know, and no teaching certification or formal teaching experience is required. The positions are hourly, and childcare/nursery is provided. Applicants must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church and have a deep love for the Catholic faith. Curriculum and grading guidelines are provided, and tutors are trained to provide instruction and classroom management according to RCA standards. All staff complete a background check and RCA Safe Child training prior to teaching at Regina Caeli Academy. Tutors must be willing to prepare for classes at home and come to class prepared to teach in a highly structured environment. Applicants must be available to attend mandatory training on August 11, 12, or 13, 2026 (TBD) prior to working in the classroom (8am-5pm; no childcare provided, nursing babies always welcome).
Requirements
- Must be able to sign an Oath of Fidelity to the Catholic Church.
- Must have a deep love for the Catholic faith.
- Must be living the Catholic faith day-to-day, including having received all the sacraments appropriate to his or her state in life.
- Must complete a background check.
- Must complete RCA Safe Child training prior to teaching.
- Must be available to attend mandatory training on August 11, 12, or 13, 2026 (TBD).
