About The Position

Stellar Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to join its team at The Oaks, an assisted living and memory care community. Caregivers provide activities of daily living and other services to residents in accordance with their service plans. Care is delivered in a kind, gentle, friendly, and professional manner while respecting residents’ dignity and privacy.

Requirements

• Caregiver certification.
• Fingerprint clearance card.
• CPR and First Aid certification.
• Food Handler certification.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to serve residents.
• Ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
• A love for seniors.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care and support with daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Respond to resident requests and determine how best to assist them.
• Ensure residents receive an appropriate diet by reviewing dietary restrictions, food allergies, and preferences.
