About The Position
CountryHouse Residence is seeking an On-Call Caregiver to join their team. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives. Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
- Monitor residents’ well-being and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
- Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and fun.
- Work alongside families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
- Promote safety, dignity, respect, and choice in everything you do.
- Jump in when needed and be a dependable part of the team.
