Requirements

• Positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with seniors.
• Enjoy building meaningful relationships and making others feel valued.
• Dependable and ready to help when shifts become available.

• Communicate well and approach others with patience and compassion.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Monitor residents’ well-being and communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Engage residents in activities that encourage connection, independence, and fun.
• Work alongside families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care.
• Promote safety, dignity, respect, and choice in everything you do.
• Jump in when needed and be a dependable part of the team.
