Griswold Home Care is seeking dependable, caring, and present caregivers to provide non-medical home care services in Carroll County, Maryland, including Westminster, Sykesville, Manchester, Eldersburg, Finksburg, and surrounding areas, as well as nearby Pennsylvania communities like Hanover. Requirements

• Caring, reliable, and responsible person
• CPR Certification required
• At least one year of caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration
• Willingness to travel within the Carroll County service area
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and transporting clients to appointments
• Dementia and memory care support
• Keeping families and the office updated with regular care notes
