About The Position

Griswold Home Care is seeking dependable, caring, and present individuals to work as caregivers in Westminster, Sykesville, Manchester, Eldersburg, Finksburg, and surrounding Carroll County communities, as well as nearby Pennsylvania areas like Hanover. Requirements

• CPR Certification required
• At least one year of caregiving or home care experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with current insurance and registration
• Willingness to travel within the Carroll County service area
• Must successfully pass a criminal background check
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Grocery shopping and transporting clients to appointments
• Dementia and memory care support
• Keeping families and the office updated with regular care notes
