About The Position

AnthroMed Education is hiring new graduate Speech-Language Pathologists for Clinical Fellowship roles in the school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. Our structured CF program is built to help you grow into a confident, successful school-based SLP with mentorship, resources, and a team that truly has your back. We’ve supported 50+ CF-SLPs, and 100% have earned their CCC-SLP. The role is for the 2026-2027 school year, running from August 13th, 2026, to June 11th, 2027. This is a full-time position with 35 hours per week, serving students in grades K-5. The annualized salary ranges from $66,000 to $68,000, based on experience. AnthroMed Education believes your CFY should feel supported, not overwhelming, and guides you with clinicians who have been in your shoes.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
Eligible for state SLP licensure prior to start date
Interest in working in school-based settings
New graduates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Provide speech-language therapy to students
Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP development
Deliver individual and group therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, families, and special education teams
Build experience across AAC, articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
Receive ongoing feedback and clinical guidance throughout your CFY
