About The Position

Caregivers at Sevita help people grow, learn, and live well while building meaningful relationships with the individuals they serve. They support participants in pursuing developmental goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, and encourage them to take part in community activities and enjoy their preferred pastimes. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
