Requirements

Available for 4, 6 & 8 hour shifts with weekends included
Able to be on time to all shifts
Be professional at all times
Maintain all company policies
Serious, dedicated, reliable, experienced and compassionate
21 years of age and older
A Licensed Insured Driver
A reliable and experienced Caregiver

Responsibilities

Provide clients various personal care and housekeeping services in accordance with an established plan of care so that they can remain in their residence
Caring Companionship and Activities
Meal Planning and preparation
Assistance with bathing
Dressing and Grooming
Toileting and incontinent care
Errands and Transportation
Housekeeping services
Medication Reminders
