Requirements

Compassionate and patient individuals who genuinely care about others
Respectful, gentle, and attentive to client needs
reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and professionally
Flexible and adaptable to different clients and home environments
Must be willing to drive 30+ minutes to work.
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
Current TB test result or chest X-ray (per state regulations)
Legally eligible to work in the U.S (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
Valid driver's license and active car insurance

Nice To Haves

Prior caregiving experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, and mobility support.
Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
Help with meal preparation, feeding (as needed), and hydration.
Maintain a clean and safe home environment (light housekeeping, linen changes)
Assist with errands, grocery shopping, ot transportation when required.
Follow individualized care plans and report any changes to the care team.
Ensure client comfort, dignity, and safety at all times.
