About The Position

Home Helpers Home Care of Sarasota is seeking caring and reliable caregivers to provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes. The role helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent. The position offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling, with primarily weekday day shifts, and includes initial and ongoing training, a supportive office team, and opportunities for career growth. The posted compensation is $17.00–$19.00 per hour, with performance incentives and travel reimbursement.

Caregivers provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, meal preparation, transportation, errands, shopping, prescription pickup, telehealth visits, and light housekeeping. They follow individualized care plans and communicate professionally with clients’ families and office staff. Professional caregiving experience is preferred; applicants with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Clean driving record.
• Access to a smartphone and email.
• Professional caregiving experience is preferred; experienced caregivers with or without CNA/HHA certification are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
