About The Position
We are seeking a Spanish-speaking Caregiver to join the team and support seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. The role includes assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping, errands, medication, and other tasks that improve clients’ living environments and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Requirements
- First aid and CPR-certified.
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills.
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects.
- Compassionate, respectful, and ethical.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or in a similar role is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
- Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
- Prepare meals and snacks.
- Perform light housekeeping activities.
- Dispense medication.
- Provide companionship.
- Assist with errands and shopping.
