DEPENDABLE DAYTIME, EVENING, AND OVERNIGHT CAREGIVERS | NORTHERN VERMONT
About The Position
Griswold Home Care for Northern Vermont is seeking dependable and experienced caregivers for daytime, evening, and overnight shifts in Burlington, Essex Junction, Williston, and surrounding areas. The role involves providing in-home care to older adults, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate care. This position is ideal for experienced caregivers who want to build lasting relationships with clients and become trusted members of their care team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience caring for older adults
- High School Diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully complete required background and employment screenings
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Three strong professional references

Responsibilities
- Companionship and meaningful engagement
