About The Position
Griswold Home Care for Philadelphia Center City is seeking dependable and experienced caregivers for daytime, evening, and overnight shifts. Our clients rely on us for consistency and peace of mind, making reliability and communication as crucial as compassion. We are looking for individuals who want to build lasting relationships with clients and become trusted members of their care team. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers who take their scheduled shifts seriously, arrive on time, communicate promptly, are comfortable working independently, follow care plans, notice and report changes in clients, take initiative, and treat everyone with professionalism and respect. We value honesty, accountability, and communication, and are not looking for individuals who frequently cancel shifts or have difficulty communicating with the office team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience caring for older adults
- High School Diploma or GED
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to successfully complete required background and employment screenings
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Three strong professional references

Responsibilities
- Companionship and meaningful engagement
