About The Position

A family in Holly Springs, North Carolina, is seeking a reliable, compassionate caregiver to provide non-medical support for an older adult. The role includes help with daily hygiene, mobility, routine household care, and companionship in a clean, smoke-free home with no pets. The home environment is supportive and focused on helping the care recipient gain mobility and independence.

The schedule is Monday through Sunday, from 8 AM to 12 PM or 1 PM, totaling approximately 28–35 hours per week. Hours may be divided between two candidates. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. The family hires caregivers directly; the position is not employment with Wellthy. Candidates are subject to a background check and must provide proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Prior experience providing senior care or non-medical personal care assistance.
• Experience or comfort assisting with light mobility support, transfers, and hygiene.
• Ability to manage medication reminders.
• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver’s license and comfort driving the care recipient’s vehicle for occasional appointments.

Responsibilities
