About The Position

Visiting Angels of the Main Line is hiring compassionate caregivers in Bala Cynwyd for all shifts. We are seeking Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Direct Care Staff to provide exceptional in-home care. We value dedication and reward compassion, offering competitive pay, PTO, holiday pay, ongoing education, and a caregiver referral bonus. We also offer a $200 cash bonus after 60 hours worked and consistent, flexible schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on caregiving experience (senior care preferred)
• Compassionate, positive attitude and passion for serving seniors
• Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance preferred
• Completed or ability to complete a 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON Gold, or Chest X-Ray
• Background check, references, and drug screening required
• ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

Nice To Haves

• Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or Hospice care experience is a plus
• Spanish, Russian, or Italian language skills are a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical home care services
• Assist with personal care, including bathing and grooming
• Offer companionship and emotional support to seniors and their families
• Help with meal preparation, grocery shopping, and errands
• Maintain clear communication with families, teammates, and office staff
