About The Position

Visiting Angels is seeking experienced male caregivers to support seniors throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas, including clients who prefer male caregivers. Caregivers provide compassionate, dependable, one-on-one support in clients’ homes, helping seniors maintain their independence and dignity. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background checks and onboarding paperwork.
• Must provide proof of vaccination.

Nice To Haves

• HHA, CNA, or PCA experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and household tasks.
• Support clients with mobility and daily activities.
• Assist with errands and transportation when required.
• Monitor clients’ well-being and communicate any concerns.
