About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Olney and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-on-one assistance to clients in their homes, including personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The position offers full-time and part-time schedule options, with shifts available during days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support and opportunities to build meaningful relationships with aging adults.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active Maryland Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Provide basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Support clients with mobility needs.
