About The Position

Bridge Senior Living is hiring a Care Associate for the third shift, from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. The Care Associate provides the high level of care and comfort residents expect, assists with activities of daily living, and builds meaningful connections with residents. The role supports a positive environment that residents are proud to call home.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• CNA or HHA credential in the applicable state.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Build meaningful connections with residents.
• Help residents transfer safely and provide assistance with personal hygiene.
• Provide memory care stimulation and social interaction.
• Contribute to a positive environment for residents.
• Demonstrate a passion for serving seniors.
