About The Position

Griswold Home Care is hiring compassionate, experienced caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area. The role supports clients in maintaining independence and dignity. Pay is $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience, shift, and case complexity. Day, midday, evening, overnight, weekend, and short shifts are available. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem schedules are offered. The employer advertises weekly pay and a $250 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Positive, compassionate attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass background checks.
• Two professional references related to caregiving or work history.
• A valid driver's license and auto insurance are preferred; alternatively, reliable transportation is required.
