About The Position
Caring Senior Service is hiring caregivers in Louisville, Shelbyville, Simpsonville, and surrounding Kentucky communities. Caregivers help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role includes support tailored to each client's needs, while also providing companionship, dignity, and reassurance to clients and their families. The company emphasizes valuing, supporting, and recognizing caregivers, and offers opportunities to learn, develop, and take on more responsibility as the team grows. Pay is $16–$18 per hour, with flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability.

- Experience in caregiving, senior care, home care, assisted living, CNA work, or PCA work.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and conversation.
- Prepare meals.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Assist with personal care and hygiene.
- Help clients with dressing and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Run errands and provide transportation.
- Support clients with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
- Help seniors maintain safety, comfort, independence, and dignity in their homes.
- Communicate observations, ideas, and feedback to the team.
- Provide families with peace of mind.
