Requirements

A minimum of one year of professional home health or patient care experience is required.
Ability to travel to clients’ homes as assigned.
A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
A commitment to being present and providing quality care.

Responsibilities

Following a written plan of care by a registered nurse, provide personal care services, household support, and companion care services to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, etc.
Provide household support including light housekeeping, laundry, bed making, etc.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
Assist with range of motion/exercises.
Assist with ambulation (Transfers/use of mechanical lifting devices).
Provide medication reminders.
