About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Caregivers / Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable and compassionate with a desire to help others
- Ability to travel to client homes as assigned
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Provide mobility assistance and transfers
- Offer medication reminders
- Assist with range-of-motion exercises
- Provide companionship and emotional support
