We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and reliable individual to administer and proctor selection assessments and processes. This position is for a large manufacturing client in the Madison, AL area.   • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Education in Psychology, Human Resources, or a closely related field, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and remain up to date with the selection and assessment processes and standards for all targeted positions.
  • Maintain process and information security standards.
  • Collaborate with client, Talogy support staff, and local team members to ensure process continuity.
  • Communicate with small to large groups of candidates using standardized scripts.
  • Able to answer hiring process related questions.
  • Administer computer-based and hands-on assessment sessions.
  • Track, enter, and manage candidate data using applicant tracking systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic computer and/or mobile device issues.
  • Schedule candidates to assessment sessions via email, phone, or text.
  • Evaluate candidate test results following standardized procedures.
  • Provide and/or update hiring process status reports.
  • Deliver status updates to client.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
