About The Position

Right at Home of Salt Lake is seeking a caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care for a male client. The schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The role supports adults and seniors and includes companionship, personal care, household assistance, meal preparation, transportation, and medication reminders. The franchise is independently owned and operated. Applications go directly to the franchisee, whose management makes all hiring decisions.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Able to pass a background check.
Experience with dementia and behavioral care.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship.
Assist with personal hygiene, including peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, and brief changes.
Perform light housekeeping.
Prepare meals.
Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
Give medication reminders.

Benefits

Competitive pay of $17.00–$18.25 per hour depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA; minimum $27.50 per shift.
Training/GUIDE Respite Rate of $17.00 per hour.
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews.
Bonus after 60 days for caregivers working 20 or more hours per week and completing required documents.
Mileage reimbursement between client visits when visits are under one hour apart.
