About The Position

We are seeking dedicated, reliable caregivers to care for our wonderful long-time clients in North and South Orange County. You'll see the same familiar faces, usually one or two clients a day, building the kind of trust that makes this work so rewarding. Good clients. Pleasant, manageable care. The kind of people you'll actually look forward to seeing. This is steady, dependable work: Guaranteed 30 to 40 hours if interested. Day shifts, Evening shifts and some NOC shifts, close to home, with the same schedule week after week. You get to spend your day caring for people! Because we're looking for someone truly reliable, we will compensate for it: $18–$21 per hour, our premium rate, for the right caregiver. What you'll do: help these seniors live safely and comfortably at home — help getting around, personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and warm, steady companionship. Nothing here is heavy or high-stress. What matters most is showing up when you say you will and treating these clients like family. We're a local, independently owned agency — not a national call center that treats caregivers like numbers. When you call the office, a person who knows your name picks up. We tell you exactly what you're walking into, we don't overbook you, and we don't disappear when you need us. Requirements

At least six months of hands-on caregiving experience (paid or caring for a family member).
California Home Care Aide registration, or willingness to get registered.
Current TB clearance.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a background check.
Comfortable with hands-on personal care.

Responsibilities

Helping clients stay in their homes by assisting with bathing and dressing.
Assisting clients with mobility, such as moving from a chair to a walker.
Preparing meals for clients.
Performing light housekeeping duties like vacuuming.
Reminding clients about their medications.
Providing companionship to clients.
Helping seniors live safely and comfortably at home.
Assisting with personal care.
Providing warm, steady companionship.
