Experienced Caregiver with Premium Pay - Many Shifts
About The Position
We are a local, independently owned agency looking for experienced caregivers in North Orange County. We offer many shifts and focus on providing a positive work environment where caregivers are kept busy and paid well. Our approach differs from other agencies by avoiding scattered short visits and ensuring caregivers are matched with clients that fit their experience, with clear information provided upfront. The role involves helping seniors safely remain in their homes by assisting with bathing, dressing, mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and providing companionship.
Requirements
- At least six months of caregiving experience (caring for a family member counts).
- California Home Care Aide registration or willingness to register (assistance provided).
- Current TB clearance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- Hoyer lift experience required for Brea 92821 Saturday and Sunday 2pm-8pm shift.
- Male caregiver preferred for Corona 92881 shift.
Responsibilities
