About The Position

Homewatch CareGivers is looking for compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care services for seniors. We offer a variety of shifts, including 4-12 hours, with day, night, and overnight options available. Full-time and part-time hours are available, and we operate 24 hours a day, allowing for immediate starts. Our care philosophy focuses on empowering clients and ensuring they feel engaged and respected. We provide comprehensive training through Homewatch CareGivers University to equip our caregivers with the necessary tools and resources for a rewarding experience.

Requirements

• At least 6-months of professional caregiving experience preferred, either in a facility setting or with a home care agency
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• California Home Care Aide registration (HCA number), or willingness to get registered
• Current TB clearance

Responsibilities

• Communicate ongoing care needs & collaborate with families and care staff
