About The Position

Griswold Home Care for East Louisville is hiring caregivers to provide non-medical personal care and companionship to seniors in their homes. The role supports clients in maintaining independence and dignity while helping them remain in the places they love. Care needs vary: some clients receive as little as four hours of care, while others need 24-hour care. Flexible scheduling and day and night shifts are available.

Caregivers assist with daily activities and household tasks, including personal hygiene, bathing, feeding, laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation. They may provide companionship to clients with dementia or cognitive impairments. Caregivers complete documentation for each shift and communicate timely updates about clients’ conditions and needs to the office. Training is provided. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, positive, punctual, and dependable approach to caregiving.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of home care experience; caring for a loved one counts.
• Interest in or plans to pursue CNA, SRNA, nursing, or other advanced education.

Responsibilities
