About The Position
At Griswold, we believe in helping clients live assured with independence and peace of mind — and that starts with compassionate caregivers like you. Unlike traditional facilities, our CNAs and caregivers provide one-on-one care in the comfort of clients’ homes. Bonus paid upon completion of qualifying employment milestones and program requirements.
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (preferred)
- Compassionate, reliable, and excellent communication skills
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (Caregiver, HHA, PCA, or CNA)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (preferred) - or - reliable transportation
- Legally eligible to be work in the U.S.
- Able to pass background checks & provide professional references
Responsibilities
- Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers)
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation & medication reminders
- Companion care and personal engagement
- Documentation and communication with the care team
