About The Position
Caregiver - Earn a $250 Sign-On Bonus Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Pay: $18-$20 per hour for specific case -- base pay $15-$17 per hour Shifts: Tuesday- Saturday 8:30am-4:30pm (2 client case) Location: Serving clients in Scranton, PA Limited-Time August Opportunity: Complete onboarding by August 31 and earn up to a $250 sign-on bonus as you reach your employment milestones Why You’ll Love Working with Griswold Home Care At Griswold, we believe in helping clients live assured with independence and peace of mind — and that starts with compassionate caregivers like you. Requirements
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Able to pass background checks & provide professional references
Nice To Haves
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred (Caregiver, HHA, PCA, or CNA)
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance - or - reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, transfers)
- Light housekeeping, meal preparation & medication reminders
- Companion care and personal engagement
- Documentation and communication with the care team
