About The Position

Visiting Angels is hiring Caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors in Adams County, Pennsylvania. The company emphasizes reliable, high-quality care and a supportive environment, with flexible and consistent scheduling. Caregivers may work part-time, with the potential for additional hours if desired, and may serve one or two consistent clients. Available schedules include 2-hour, 8-hour, and 10-or-more-hour shifts on weekdays or weekends. Live-in work may be available under a separate pay range. This is not a PRN position. Pay is $15.50–$17.50 per hour, based on experience and shift, with a $5 gas supplement for each shift and a $0.50-per-hour attendance incentive. Caregivers receive paid virtual or in-person training, yearly pay increases, mileage reimbursement at the national rate when transporting clients, and access to emergency support staff 24/7. Holidays are paid at time and a half.

Requirements

At least 6 months of hands-on personal care experience.
At least 6 months of bathing and toileting experience.
Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and car insurance.
Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.

Nice To Haves

CNA certification is a plus.
Family caregiving experience is accepted.
