About The Position

Senior Solutions Home Care is hiring in-home Caregivers in McMinnville, Tennessee, to support a 24/7 client. The immediate assignment is divided into two 12-hour shifts: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and 8:00 PM–8:00 AM. Shifts qualify for premium pay and shift-differential opportunities. The role is available full-time, part-time, or PRN, with flexible schedules based on client needs, caregiver availability, location, and willingness to travel. Shifts across the broader role range from 2 to 12 hours, and caregivers may support one or multiple clients per day or week. Schedules may change as client needs change. Caregivers provide one-on-one support in clients’ homes to help seniors and individuals with disabilities maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Duties include companionship, personal care, daily living and mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, authorized transfers and other care tasks, and transportation or errands when needed and authorized. The starting base rate is $14 per hour, with potential additional pay for eligible caregivers and assignments. The company provides paid training and ongoing development. Required online training must be completed within the first 30 days, followed by additional training or certifications based on location. Eligible caregivers may pursue NADSP E-Badge credentials (DSP I, II, and III), with the opportunity to earn up to $4,150 in program bonuses subject to bonus requirements.

Requirements

Valid driver's license or state-issued ID.
A second acceptable form of employment eligibility identification.
Reliable transportation.
Smartphone for scheduling and communication.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform assigned care duties.
Successful completion of required background checks and drug screening.
Strong communication skills.
Work/activity history accounting for the past five years.
Three references, including one person who has known the applicant for at least five years; email addresses are required.

Car insurance is preferred.
An active Tennessee CNA certification qualifies eligible caregivers for a $1-per-hour CNA premium.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, changing, toileting, and grooming.
Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
