About The Position

Senior Solutions Home Care is seeking a dedicated Caregiver for a 24/7 client in McMinnville, TN. This role involves providing one-on-one care in clients' homes, assisting them in maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Requirements

• Valid driver's license or state-issued ID
• Second acceptable form of employment eligibility identification
• Car insurance preferred
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform assigned care duties
• Successful completion of required background checks and drug screening
• Strong communication skills
• Work / activity history accounting for the past 5 years
• 3 references, including one person who has known you at least 5 years; email addresses required

Responsibilities

• Companionship and emotional support

• Transportation and errands, as needed and authorized
