About The Position
Comfort Keepers is seeking a dependable caregiver for a weekday morning opportunity in Etters, Pennsylvania. The position focuses on mobility assistance, some personal care, and everyday support that helps a person remain comfortable and as independent as possible at home. The role calls for confidence, attentiveness, patience, and a steady helping hand when assisting with transfers, movement, and personal care. The caregiver will support morning routines, provide companionship and engagement, and help maintain a comfortable living environment. Care should be delivered thoughtfully, without rushing, while following care instructions, respecting personal preferences and dignity, and encouraging independence. Paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Experience supporting someone with mobility challenges or assisting with personal care.
- Reliability and comfort with hands-on caregiving.
- Observant, patient approach to care.
- Ability to follow care instructions, respect dignity, and support independence.
Responsibilities
- Provide standby assistance and support with mobility.
- Assist with showering and other aspects of personal care.
- Offer attentive support throughout morning routines.
- Help with light housekeeping to maintain a comfortable living environment.
- Provide companionship and engagement to create a welcoming, positive atmosphere.
