About The Position
As a Senior Helpers Caregiver, you provide one-on-one personal care to help clients remain safe and independent in their homes. The role is suited to caring, compassionate people who enjoy helping others, take pride in making a difference, and are interested in professional growth. Care assignments are matched to your area of expertise and the seniors you will support. Senior Helpers is an independently owned and operated franchisee of SH Franchising, LLC, doing business as Senior Helpers. The company provides in-home senior care, ranging from specialized care for people with chronic diseases to companion services for seniors who need help with daily activities. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients through enjoyable, engaging conversations.
- Participate in clients’ favorite hobbies and activities, such as scrapbooking, gardening, and games.
- Prepare meals for clients.
- Assist clients with walking, dressing, and other activities of daily living.
- Report activities completed with clients and provide updates on their physical condition, mental capacity, and behavior.
- Provide one-on-one personal care that helps clients remain safe and independent at home.
